The Studios at Hotel Hamilton is truly a transformation. Following on the heels of the incredible grass-roots revitalization of James North as the most significant cultural corridor in downtown Hamilton, the Hotel was purchased by a business-minded collective to be converted into the premium creative industry studio facility of the street. The Studios at Hotel Hamilton offer the very best in a neighborhood filled with culture, community and life. James Street North is home to over a dozen galleries and cultural institutions, a diverse mix of cultures and ethnicities, and some of the best restaurants in the city.

We welcome applications from interested tenants and invite you to join us for a tour during the James North Art Crawl, or at your convenience. Lease terms from one to five years are available, and rates start at $375 per month. We also have one large studio available for short term (daily or weekly) rental, for such things as a temporary office for your creative organization, to a gallery showing, a photography studio, or even photography classes.
